Clearspring’s organic buckwheat pasta is made from naturally gluten free 100% buckwheat flour. Buckwheat is not related to wheat and has been grown for centuries as a nutritious staple food. Made by second generation Italian producers, this delicate nutty flavoured tortiglioni has a firm texture with a satisfying bite and holds its shape during cooking. A genuine alternative to durum wheat pasta, not just for those avoiding gluten but for all to enjoy. Produced in a dedicated gluten and nut free facility which only uses renewable energy.

Directions: Boil in water for 8 minutes. Drain and serve.
